| Description Recommend approval for the renewal of an annual maintenance contract for EnerGov software from Tyler Technologies in the amount of $72,725.97. The software will be used to track permitting and inspections activities by various City departments. Participating departments include: Development Services, Traffic Engineering, Film and Permitting Services, Police and Fire. The software maintenance includes support for the City’s enterprise permitting and planning and is used to provide user and software support, training, configuration, implementation and project management resources. This is a sole source procurement as Tyler Technologies is the original manufacturer of the EnerGov software and is the only vendor that can perform maintenance and support on its product. S.S.
