| Description Withdrawn by Staff The Petitioner is requesting to encroach into City's Right-of-Way with building footings and four sets of stoops/stairs along Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and West Hall St. The project plan will include townhomes as well as ground floor retail. This project is being developed on a site sold by the City to the Petitioner. The proposed installation and encroachment requests do require and have received a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Metropolitan Planning Commission. The petition has been reviewed by Development Services, Public Works and Water Resources, Planning & Urban Design, Sanitation, and Real Estate Services. | |
