| Description Recommend approval to renew a contract with Online Solutions, LLC (DBA Citizenserve)(D) for Web-Based Code Enforcement Case Management Software in the amount of $66,000 (Event No. 7434). The Code Enforcement division uses this software in the field to issue citations, to follow up on cases, to enforce City ordinances and discourage/correct property blight. The contract was originally approved by Council on March 12, 2020. This is the first of four contract renewal options. The contract term will expire March 31, 2022.
