Bradley Lot Development, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Bradley Point Phase 11, a development consisting of 33 single family homes located off Bradley Boulevard and Ogeechee Road in Aldermanic District 6. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 33 equivalent residential unit development. The new Water & Sewer connection fee totaling $116,655 is based on the proposed water consumption. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
