During the fiscal year, supplemental budget adjustments are necessary to maintain the adopted legal level of control set forth in the Budget Ordinance. This adjustment will move funding between existing capital projects and fund projects from fund balances only in order to: 1) account for varying costs realized through work completed toward the City's Capital Improvement Program, 2) provide funding for immediate needs, and 3) align capital investments with strategies, initiatives, and Council priorities.

The Fiscal Year 2018 Budget was approved by the City Council on December 21, 2017.  This is the 2nd CIP Amendment for 2018.
