| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual maintenance agreement for VMWare maintenance and support services with Insight Public Sector in the amount of $35,309.48. These services will be used by the Department of Information Technology to provide maintenance and support for the virtual infrastructure of various City services, including email, Lawson, and Govern. This maintenance agreement provides the most current virus fixes and updates to keep the VMWare environment safe from additional risks. This procurement was made through a cooperative purchasing agreement with Omnia Partners, formerly U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance. Cooperative purchasing is authorized as an appropriate procurement method in Division 10 Section 4-4152 of the City of Savannah’s purchasing ordinance. The contract term expires February 17, 2021. | |
