| Description Recommend approval to execute a contract for natural gas delivery with SCANA for up to $100,000. The Water Reclamation Department uses natural gas to run the dryer. The dryer is used to dry the wastewater sludge to minimize its mass and to save sludge hauling and disposal cost.
