This purchase is to procure landscape architect and ISA certified arborist services from Pat-Ted Consulting, LLC (50 Dame Kathryn Dr Savannah, GA) for an amount up to $30,000.

This contract will be utilized to provide review of site development plans and right-of-way work permits. Per the City Ordinance, these development plans are prepared by registered professionals (Architects, Engineers, and Landscape Architects) and as such, the position responsible is required to be both a registered landscape architect and certified arborist. The vendor being utilized is the retired City landscape architect and certified arborist who has in-depth knowledge and experience with the City's landscape and tree protection ordinance, and who has agreed to continue to work in a limited capacity until the vacant position is filled.

Delivery: As needed.  Terms: Net 30 days.
