This is a resolution to accept a $50,000 donation from Community Housing Services Agency, Inc. (CHSA) via Healthcare Georgia Foundation for deposit into the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF). This investment will leverage other public and private investment to address local workforce and affordable housing needs and opportunities. None of the investments made into the SAHF are used for administrative costs. The City of Savannah Housing and Neighborhood Services Department and CHSA, a non-profit housing corporation, oversee and administer the SAHF.
