Former Clerk of Council Dyanne Reese has retired.  Appointment of an Acting Clerk of Council is necessary while a national search for a permanent Clerk of Council is underway. Ms. Spracher is the Director of the City's Municipal Archives and Research Library Department, and has extensive experience with record keeping and open records protocols.
