Notification of an emergency procurement of vehicle decals from Edwards Interior Graphics in the amount of $31,199.85. These decals will be used to place Savannah Police Department branding on 55 replacement vehicles. New branding on these vehicles is needed because of the Savannah Chatham Metropolitan Police Department (SCMPD) demerger. In order to have the vehicles ready to mobilize on February 1, 2018, when the Savannah Police Department officially begins, it is imperative to start this process immediately. This was declared an emergency, and quotes were obtained from the three vendors. The lowest responsive, responsible bidder was selected.
