Motion to Renew Annual Contract for High Visibility Rain Gear with On-Site Supply (Event No. 4624)
Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for high visibility rain gear with On-Site Supply in the amount of $43,630.50. The high visibility rain gear will be maintained in inventory at the Central Warehouse and will be used by various City departments to provide protection to employees working on or along roadways.
Bids were originally received November 1, 2016. This contract was originally approved in Council on December 22, 2016. This is the first of two renewal options available. The contract term will be from December 22, 2017 through December 21, 2018.
