| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract grounds maintenance services for the Victory Drive median with Russell Landscape Savannah, Inc. in the estimated amount of $36,000. The services will be used by the Greenscapes Division to maintain the Victory Drive medians. The Greenscapes Division is recommending this contract be awarded partially, excluding line item 3, mulching services for the Victory Drive median. This project was not identified as an SBE project because no SBEs were available at the time this bid was released. This contract was originally approved by Council on August 30, 2018 in the amount of $35,900.20. This is the first of three renewal options available. The contract term shall be January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. | |
