Description

Recommend approval to procure two flatbed trucks from Roberts Truck Center in the amount of $93,152. The flatbed trucks are required for transport to tools and attachments required to fulfill the street department sections requirements, and full use of equipment. These flatbed trucks will assist in providing emergency services (oil spills, hurricane clean up, interdepartmental cooperation, etc.) for the City to provide cost effective solutions to citizen services. These trucks are essential for the City to be modernized, effective, and diverse in providing all services our citizens and visitors expect from our municipality.
