| Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute the first renewal and Contract Modification No. 1 of an annual contract with Raymond Engineering for roofing design services in the estimated amount of $120,000, and to increase the amount of the current contract term by $45,000 for a total of $165,000. The roofing and building envelope design services will be used by various City Departments to provide necessary construction documents and specifications. The contract can be used after disaster events for damage assessments of roofs in City facilities. This service will be in conjunction with the City’s structural engineer contractor. The contract amount shall cover projects throughout the remainder of 2019 and the increased amount of projects that are projected for 2020. This is the first of three renewal options available. The contract term shall be January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. | |
