| Description In conjunction with the East River Development Agreement, the developer has agreed to replace approximately 1,250 linear feet of sanitary sewer force main and add approximately 700 feet of water main to create a loop in the City's water distribution system to enhance both domestic and fire water services. This agreement will allow for more controlled scheduling of construction activities and reduced costs by taking advantage of economies of scale and has a not to exceed price of $1,299,512.42. | |
