Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for uniforms for the Savannah Fire Rescue Department with Galls, Inc. in the amount of $105,351.10. This contract will be used by Savannah Fire Rescue to provide uniform clothing including dress shirts, shoes, pants, jackets, polo shirts, trousers, and work boots to staff.

Three bids were originally received; however, one response was a partial bid and was deemed non-responsive, as the specifications stated partial bids would not be accepted.

This is the first of two renewal options. 

This bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. Council originally approved this contract on December 7, 2017 in the amount of $105,351.10.

The contract term will be from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019.
