Description

7 Drayton Street Hotel, LLC, which is developing The Drayton Hotel at Drayton and Bay streets, has requested 15 unassigned parking spaces in the Bryan Street Garage from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday at $85.00 per space ($15,300 annually), or the option of 24-hour access at $180.00 per space ($32,400 annually). 7 Drayton Street Hotel, LLC will be using the spaces to provide hotel guest parking. These rates are in accordance with the 2019 Revenue Ordinance. The 15 spaces requested are available.
