| Description Recommend approval of a resolution to accept a $15,000.00 donation from St. Joseph's/Candler Health Systems (SJCHS) for deposit into the Savannah Affordable Housing Solutions Fund (SAHSF) to help modest income SJCHS employees become first-time Savannah homeowners. None of the investments made into the SAHSF by SJCHS and other investors are used for administrative costs. The City's Housing and Neighborhood Services Department and the nonprofit Community Housing Services Agency, Inc. oversee and administer the SAHSF.
