| Title 83. Motion to Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Water and Sewer Agreement with the City of Garden City for the Purchase of Wholesale Water to Service Prosperity Drive Along Dean Forest Road | |

| Description The City of Garden City has requested an additional location for the purchase of wholesale water from the City of Savannah. This new location will be at Prosperity Drive along Dean Forest Road. Maximum water purchase shall be 250,000 gallons per day, and will service both existing and new facilities within a specific service area of Garden City. All associated installation and construction costs will be paid for by Garden City. The water and sewer systems has adequate capacity to service the needs of this agreement. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
