The Savannah Airport Commission recommends approval to Renew the Annual Planned Service / Maintenance Agreement with Johnson Controls, Inc.  Johnson Controls, Inc. will provide maintenance support services for the P2000 security management system and related equipment to ensure optimal performance, system integrity, and reliability. This agreement will reduce system downtime and will limit costs associated with system maintenance. Services include inspection and preventive maintenance, database back up, software upgrades, repair materials for covered equipment, compliance assurance, emergency service, training, and 24-hour customer support. This is a sole-source service agreement, as Johnson Controls, Inc. was the original installer of the P2000 security system. This agreement is effective from January 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020.
