| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual maintenance agreement for SCADA with Layer 3 Communications in the amount of $45,760.75. The annual maintenance agreement will be used by the Water Supply and Treatment Department to provide support and maintenance for the SCADA system. This is a sole source because this is additional support and maintenance to be used for existing equipment that is available only from this supplier. This maintenance contract term shall be January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. | |
