| Description Brooks Building Solutions (BBS) will provide and install a new Alerton System Communication Trunk Line from an existing control panel to existing Fan Coil Units (FCU) that are currently without controls. BBS will also replace seven existing FCUs that have reached the end of their life cycle with new ETI Fan Coil Units with factory mounted Alerton Controls. Brooks Building Solutions is the Alerton (OEM) sales and service provider for the Savannah Airport Commission; therefore, BBS is the sole provider for these upgrades.
