| Description As the Airport Commission’s outside assistant general counsel, Leonard J. Panzitta works with the general counsel in advising on all of the legal matters which affect the airport, including contracts, purchasing, capital planning, real estate and litigation. Mr. Panzitta attends public meetings of the City Council, the MPC or other agencies,as required to represent the interests of the airport. This is an annual retainer fee paid to Panzitta Law, LLC, in monthly installments, effective December 1, 2021.
