Description

Recommend approval of a Contract Renewal for EnerGov with Tyler Technologies in the amount of $47,960.

The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) will use EnerGov to track permitting and inspections activities with various City departments. Participating departments include Development Services, Traffic Engineering, Film and Permitting Services, SCMPD and SFES. The solution also provides on-line payment submittal and payment for permits. The software maintenance includes support for the City’s enterprise permitting and planning and is used to provide user and software support, training, configuration, implementation and Project Management resources.

This is a sole source procurement as Tyler Technologies is the original manufacturer of the EnerGov software and is the only vendor that can perform maintenance and support on its product.

This software maintenance is for the period of January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022.

Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 Days. The vendor is:

A pre-proposal conference was not conducted as this is an annual contract renewal. (D) Indicates non-local, non-DBE business. Recommend approval.
