The agreement will provide maintenance and support for the Revenue Department’s Govern Software for property taxes, central cashiering, business license and utility billing.

Description

Recommend approval of contract modification and renewal for Govern Software Maintenance with MS Govern (D) in the amount of $108,569.

The modification is due to a 5% annual increase in maintenance as a result of inflation. The agreement will provide maintenance and support for the Revenue Department’s Govern Software for property taxes, central cashiering, business license and utility billing. This solution provides integrated assessment and tax collection software suites to state and local governments using legacy systems. It is critical to have maintenance and support from the original provider to ensure authorized, knowledgeable, and timely vendor support when it is necessary as well as the provision of upgrades and database upkeep.

Contract will be effective from February 1, 2022 to January 31, 2023. Delivery: As Requested. Terms: Net 30 Days.

A pre- proposal meeting was not conducted as this is a sole source procurement. (D) Indicates non-local, non-minority owned business.
