Recommend approval of a resolution to accept a $16,500 donation from Community Housing Services Agency, Inc. (CHSA) for deposit into the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) to address local workforce and affordable housing needs. CHSA has donated to the SAHF since inception of the fund in 2012. None of the investments made into the SAHF are used for administrative costs. The City of Savannah Housing and Neighborhood Services Department and CHSA, a non-profit housing corporation, oversee and administer the SAHF.
