| Description Recommend approval to procure performance furniture from Center Office Systems in the amount of $128,589.82. This furniture and equipment will support the performance functions for the Cultural Arts Center and includes items such as concessions soda fountains, ice machines, refrigerators, coffee brewers, set building shop tables, dressing room mirrors and chairs, and the chairs for the performing arts studio. The Cultural Arts Center's construction is nearing completion near the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Oglethorpe Avenue. Installation of furnishings and equipment is scheduled to occur between September 15 and November 1, 2018. | |
