| Description Recommend approval to procure administration furniture from McWaters, Inc. in the amount of $97,188.69. The furniture will be used to furnish the administrative spaces and offices in the new Cultural Arts Center. The Cultural Arts Center's construction is nearing completion near the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Oglethorpe Avenue. Installation of furnishings and equipment is scheduled to occur between September 15 and November 1, 2018. | |
