Recommend authorizing the City Manager to sign legal documents transferring a vacant house owned by the City located at 913 West 39^th Street, PIN 2-0073-21-009, to the Chatham County/City of Savannah Land Bank Authority (LBA).  The LBA will, in turn, market and sell this residential property to an entity committed to renovating and returning it to productive use. 

The LBA will obtain City Housing & Neighborhood Services Department approval of sale terms and conditions before it sells the property and will provide 90% of net cash sale proceeds to the City. The LBA will use the remaining 10% of net cash sale proceeds to further its mission of acquiring blighted property, clearing title and returning property to productive use.
