Recommend approval of contract with Boaen Mechanical for $263,850.00 to provide all labor and materials to refurbish Cooling Tower No. One which will include, but not be limited to, the addition of variable frequency drives, fill, motor pump assembly, fan drive, flow sensors, and other items as noted in the plans and specifications. 

Bidders were:
