Coastal Georgia Development Group, Inc. has requested a water and sewer agreement for Brookhaven Phase 1. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 40 equivalent residential unit development off Highlands Boulevard. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. Recommend approval.

Revenue to the City is $4,765 per ERU for Water and Sewer Connection Fees and Meter.
