The property owner was cited June 21 for property maintenance violations, which were scheduled to be corrected by August 3. If approved, the issuance of the alcohol license would be contingent on the property being brought into compliance. 

No concerns were noted by the neighborhood association or SCMPD. The location meets all zoning requirements.
