Recommend approval to execute an agreement for technical services with Robert Half International, Inc. for up to $100,000. The Information Technology Department will use the services to provide technical knowledge and skill in specialized computer applications to create a design to provide an interactive SharePoint portal for all city users.

The Portal will allow all city staff to access information, documentation, calendars, personal benefits, emergency management links, trainings and enterprise searchability for city information.  It will directly improve each departments record keeping, document management, personal resources and allow for a secure source of information city wide.

This purchase is being made using the HGACBuy Cooperative, a regional council of governments in the State of Texas. This contract was competitively bid, awarded to Robert Half International, Inc. and expires May 31,2021. The City of Savannah’s purchasing ordinance authorizes the use of cooperative purchasing agreements.

Approval
