| Description Recommend approval to renew an agreement for GPS tracking services with Zonar Systems Inc. in the amount of $43,621.92. This agreement is used by the Sanitation Department to monitor fleet activity and assist with routing vehicles in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. This is a sole source agreement because the GPS equipment has been previously installed in the vehicles and Zonar is the only vendor that can provide reporting capabilities on its equipment.
