| Description Approval to authorize the City Manager to execute a ten-year lease extension with the State of Georgia Department of Natural Resources for the use of 0.6007 acres of river bottom located at the Coffee Bluff Marina. The river bottom is jurisdictionally owned by the State of Georgia. The State leased this section of river bottom to the City when the marina was developed. The original term of the lease has expired and the State has agreed to extend the lease for an additional ten years. The lease payment is $1.00 for full term. Recommend approval. | |
