| Description This procurement is for an annual maintenance agreement for the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) with Layer 3 Communications, LLC in an amount not to exceed $98,374. This annual maintenance agreement will be used by the Water Supply and Treatment Department to provide support and maintenance for the SCADA system. This is a sole source procurement because the additional support and maintenance is to be used for existing equipment and is available only from this supplier.
