| Description Recommend approval to procure additional computer-aided design (CAD) licenses from Tiburon, Inc. in the amount of $41,300.00. The Department of Information Technology will use these licenses for workstations at the backup 911 Call Center. This software provides greater functionality to the Savannah Police Department CAD system, which includes data pushing from the 911 call center to the field officers using mobile data terminals, as well as improved call routing and prioritization, response times, and data gathering. This is a sole source procurement because Tiburon, Inc. is the creator of this software and is the only vendor able to provide this item/service. | |
