| Description Recommend approval of Contract Amendment No. 2 for the Springfield Basin Model Calibration contract with Thomas & Hutton Engineering in the amount of $6,750.00. The original contract was for the updating of the City’s Springfield Canal basin hydraulic model. This was a sole source because Thomas & Hutton Engineering exclusively has performed the modeling of the basin. Therefore, additional design by this vendor did not require duplication of design work. This amendment is needed for basin inundation mapping updates. The original contract was approved by Council on August 3, 2017 in the amount of $82,500.00. The total contract amount to date, including this modification, is $137,130.00. | |
