Recommend approval to renew an annual maintenance agreement for Supervisor Control and Data Aquisition (SCADA) with Layer 3 Communications in the amount of $36,676.29. The annual maintenance agreement will be used by the Water Supply and Treatment Department to provide support and maintenance for the existing SCADA system. The SCADA system allows for remote monitoring as well as operational control of various pumps and wells and associated equipment throughout the water system.

This is a sole source because this is additional support and maintenance to be used for existing equipment that is available only from this supplier. The contract term will be from August 17, 2017 through August 16, 2018.
