Motion to Renew Annual Contract for Lawn and Leaf Bags with Wastezero, Inc. (Event No. 4364)
Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for Lawn and Leaf Bags to Wastezero, Inc. in the amount of $42,120.00. The lawn and leaf bags are maintained in inventory at the Central Warehouse and are used by various City departments to collect compostable leaf and yard waste, as well as other trash and debris.
Bids were originally received on July 19, 2016 and approved by City Council on August 18, 2016. This is the first of two available renewal periods. The contract term shall be from August 17, 2017 through August 16, 2018.
