Motion to Approve the Fourth Amendment to the 2001 Water Service Agreement between the City of Savannah and Port Wentworth
The City of Port Wentworth has requested that certain additional amendments be made to the 2001 agreements to provide for an additional water delivery point in the vicinity of the southeast corner of the City of Savannah I&D Property. This is needed in order to serve a planned new warehousing and business development project being developed principally within Port Wentworth and east of Highway 21, north of Crossgate Road, and south of Bonny Bridge Road.
The financial impact would be $1,062 per Equivalent Resident Unit (ERU) payable to the City of Savannah from Port Wentworth as the development comes on line.
