Recommend approval of a resolution to accept a $1,000 donation from United Way of the Coastal Empire for deposit into the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) to assist low income, senior, Savannah homeowners undertake minor home maintenance repairs.  None of the investments made into the SAHF are used for administrative costs.  The City's Housing & Neighborhood Services Department and the non-profit, Community Housing Services Agency, Inc.(CHSA), oversee and administer the SAHF.
