| Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute contract modification no. 1 with NetPlanner Systems, Inc. reducing the cost for Audio/Visual Services for the Pennsylvania Avenue Resource Center in the amount of $3,936.37. The original contract included items such as TV monitors, projectors and projector screens, sound systems and speakers, sound and video components, hardware to complete the desired configurations, and a service contract. Modifications were made to the overall package during the installation process resulting in a reduced contract dollar amount. This contract was originally approved by Council on March 14, 2019 in the amount of $208,802.94 to NetPlanner Systems, Inc. The total amount of this contract to date, including this reduction is $204,866.57 with NetPlanner Systems, Inc. | |
