| Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute contract modification No. 1 with Wolverton and Associates increasing on-call civil design services in the amount of $300,000. The original contract was for civil design services which are used for various construction projects, which may vary in complexity, on an as-needed basis. This amendment will increase the contract amount from $300,000 to $600,000. The increase is needed for civil design services for projects to include the Arena Traffic Study, Arena Parking Lot Site Assessments, Savannah Shines, Hudson Hill Community Center, and Montgomery/MLK Streetscapes. This contract was originally approved buy Council on December 8, 2016 in the estimated amount of $300,000. The total amount of this contract to date (including this amendment) is $600,000. | |
