Live Oak Landing LP has requested a water and sewer agreement for Live Oak Landing Phase One, a multi-family residential senior living facility with 70 units; parking, drive isles and infrastructure. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 31.9 equivalent resident unit development located at 1210 Wheaton Street. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
