To maintain transparency and effectiveness in the selection process, each proposal was evaluated on an item-by-item basis. This method ensured the bids were assessed in accordance with each specific item detailed within the RFQ specifications. The vendor selection process emphasized both adherence to the stipulated specifications and cost-effectiveness. The final award was given to the supplier who not only fulfilled the stringent requirements set out in the RFQ but also offered the most economically viable quote. This approach aimed at achieving operational efficiency while optimizing expenditure for the airport.
