| Title 30. Authorize the City Manager to Approve a Temporary Construction Easement with the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD). This Temporary Construction Easement will help the City facilitate the Oglethorpe Force Main and Lift Station #23 Upgrade Project. | |

| Description The City is planning to upgrade Lift Station #23 and install a sewer force main under Oglethorpe Avenue in downtown Savannah. Council has already awarded this construction project. A Temporary Construction Easement (TCE) is needed on a portion of property (part of PIN 20017 02012) owned by the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). The property is located on West Boundary Street and the TCE will provide the City and its contractors pedestrian and vehicular access across the easement area, as well as the right to store and manipulate construction equipment, supplies, and materials pertaining to the project. SCAD has generously agreed to donate this temporary construction easement at no cost to the City.
