Recommend approval to award an annual contract for securing vacant structures to Complete Lawn Care, Inc. in the amount of $42,100.00. 

The Property Maintenance Department will use these services to secure vacant residential and non-residential structures with polycarbonate materials, pursuant to the City's Property Maintenance Code. Polycarbonate materials provide a stronger and more resilient enclosure than traditional plywood, and are transparent to improve the visual appearance of vacant houses. Use of polycarbonate boarding has been shown to help fight some of the negative effects abandoned homes can have on neighborhoods. 

This contract will be from April 27, 2017 through April 26, 2018.
