| Description RTS Property Holdings LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, is requesting an encroachment agreement for 215 (Unit 1), 223 and 225 East Factors Walk. The area, which will accommodate five parking spaces, is located on Factors Walk near Lincoln Ramp. License fee is $1,300 per month ($15,600 annually). The agreement allows RTS Property Holdings LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, to use the land for parking. The agreement does not convey a property right and can be terminated for any reason in the future with notice. | |
